Welcome to our little corner of God's Kingdom

Redeemer East Falls is about to celebrate 100 years at the corner of Midvale and Conrad Street in East Falls, a beautiful neighborhood along the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

We are at an exciting time in our history as this past year we have added 49 new members and are in conversation with still more.

Many of our new members have ties to East Africa, Tanzania in particular. Their immigration stories mirror in many ways the immigration stories of our congregation's founders 100 years ago, only their roots were in England, Scotland, and Germany. Perhaps part of the similarities are because Tanzania was a German colony and German missionaries worked there. Part a larger part may be that we are rooted in the same scripture.

Our blog will tell the story of how a small neighborhood church has been home for many years to Christians from many countries.
